Ridge House is expanding commercially so you can expect to see more shopping centers, services, and eateries popping up in the neighborhood. Ridge House is studded with parks with walking trails and beautiful landscaping. Apel-Bacher Park is a neighborhood park located one block north of the site. It contains three tennis courts, a children’s play structure, a gazebo, and walking paths that are available for all to use. The Pickle Ball League at these courts has a robust following multiple times per week.


For our more active residents, take your pick from any of the nearby health and fitness centers. Interested in Fine Art, history, or theater? You'll find plenty to do at the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center and is 2.3 miles west of the Ridge House property and has a variety of fitness and enrichment options including an indoor lazy river, lap pool and pilates studio.



You wont have any trouble finding a place to blow a buck in this neighborhood. Strolling down Wadsworth Boulevard, you'll encounter businesses ranging from the grocery store and pharmacy, to places to grab a bite to eat, to places to update your wardrobe.
